Fields, Rhoads, Gutman, Adams, Nichols and Strickland Win at Brushcreek (Peebles, Ohio) A wet Friday and a dreary forecast for Saturday May 17 left the Saturday night
race in question for many. However, the Peebles area was treated to sunny skies Saturday morning allowing the staff at Brushcreek
Motorsports Complex to get the track prepared for the evenings festivities. Flemingsburg, Kentucky's Arnie Fields took the
late model feature win. Sardina, Ohio's Weasel Rhoads took the modified feature win. Winchester, Ohio's John Gutman picked
up his first legend feature win. Laurelville, Ohio's Jamey Adams took the Bomber feature win. While Oak Hill, Ohio's Mike
Strickland took another Chevette/4 cylinder feature win and Peebles, Ohio's Matt Nichols took another trophy 4 cylinder win.

The People's Defender Fantasy Racing Challenge
The People's Defender and Brushcreek Motorsports Complex is pleased to announce the The People's Defender Fantasy Racing
Challenge. The People's Defender Fantasy Racing Challenge is a promotion based on the results of driver performances in feature
events at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex during 2008. Before each race, you select a driver for each class (Late Models, Modifieds,
Legends, Bombers & Chevette/4cylinders) represented in the Fantasy Racing League. Points are earned based on feature finishing
position of each driver on your team.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Playing The People's Defender Fantasy Racing Challenge is free. The team owner that accumulates
the most points over the coarse of the 2008 season will win two 2009 Brushcreek Motorsports season passes. Also should a team
consist of all 5 feature winners for a week that team owner will receive a season pass for the remaining 2008 season at Brushcreek
Motorsports Complex.

One-Way Scanner Communication

Brushcreek Motorsports will use a mandatory system of one-way scanner communication, providing lineups,
instruction, and race direction from the race director to the drivers for all weekly classes (Late Models, Modifieds, Legends,
Bombers, Chevette/ 4 cylinders & Trophy 4 Cylinders) in 2008 . It is the responsibility of each race team to
make sure that scanners are mounted in the car safely and are in good operational order. Scanners must be activated and in
use during all events, including preliminary events, and warm-ups. Scanners must be programmed to the dedicated race frequency
ONLY. The dedicated race frequency will be announced at the drivers meeting and posted on the pit board. Competitors will
be able to buy or rent RACEceiver at the track. Call Teresa at 937-544-3344 for pricing.

Brushcreek Motorsports will use AMB X260 Rechargable transponders in the Late Model, Modified, Legend,
and Bomber class in 2008. Every car in competition in these classes must be equipped with an AMB X260 Rechargable scoring
and timing transponder. COMPETITORS WILL BE ABLE TO USE BRUSHCREEK'S AMB-X260 RECHARGABLE TRANSPONDERS WITH NO
CHARGE! Drivers will be responsible for mounting their own transponder prior to each race. Any
Competitor who has their own working AMB X260 Rechargable transponder mounted on their car will receive $15
from Brushcreek every time they race in the feature. All Competitor Scoring will be posted on www.mylaps.com In 2009, every Competitor must have their own transponder.

events in the southern Ohio area, the annual American Heritage 101 Weekend at Brushcreek Motorsports
Complex attracts many enthusiastic fans and drivers with the hopes of taking home a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle.
