Bomber Rules

1. 104" MINIMUM Wheel base

2. Engine setback no further than centerline of #1 spark plug to upper ball joint

3. No Electrical fuel pumps

4. No fuel injections

5. Gas fuel only

6. Rear Suspensions must be stock O.E. Design, no added lift arms, shocks or springs

7. No coil over or coil over eliminators

8. No "J" bars , no panhard bars

9. No tubular frame cars. Must be full stock frame between wheel base.

10. 60 series DOT  or 8" modified tires.

 

Chevette/4 Cylinder Rules

1. Stock body only, two or four door. Unibodies can be tied together with square tubing, no full tube chassis permitted. (Front and rear frame rails stock only).
2. All glass must be removed, dash may be removed, but not mandatory.
3. Racing steering wheel allowed.
4. All chrome grills, lights, and screws must be removed.
5. A full four post roll cage welded securely to the frams.All doors must be welded, or bolted with at least 2 5/8” bolts per each door.
6. Hulling of body OK, must have stock firewall, and full stock floorboard.
7. Spoiler allowed 6” maximum.
8. Must have factory stock bumpers, bumper ends must be covered. No after market bar bumpers. Plastic nose piece OK.
9. All bars must be inside body panels and bumpers, no rub rails.
10. Boxing or tunneling of interior OK. Fuel cell must be boxed off from drivers compartment.
11. Must have hood, MANDATORY.
12. Hood and trunk must open, secured with latch pins, no factory locks.

ENGINE

1. Must be stock appearing., gas engine only, in stock position. No diesel engines.
2. Header & split manifold OK.
3. Carburetor and intake must be factory stock.  Two barrel Holley or 1 barrel only. No aftermarket or adaptor plates.
4. Fuel: Gasoline or Racing Fuel (No Alcohol)
5. Must be stock ignition, no after market ignition allowed.

TRANSMISSION

1. Stock automatic or standard transmission only.
2. Clutch, flywheel, and torque converter stock only.

       SUSPENSION

1.      Stock suspension, must be in stock location. (Chevette/4 cyl. rear end only)

2.      No racing springs or shock. (No screw jacks)

3.      Shocks must be mounted in stock location only.

4.      One shock per wheel only, in stock position.

5.      Stock control arms only, in stock location.

6.      No traction or helper device permitted.

7.      NO ADDED WEIGHT PERMITTED.

WHEELS

1.      Factory stock 13” rims, or after market rims. 8” maximum width. No bead locks. Tires 1.60 or 70 series 13” D.O.T. street tire, or racing retread on D.O.T. street tire casing only.

2.      Absolutely no racing tires!

BRAKES

1.      All cars will have brakes in operating condition. SAFETY 1^st.

GENERAL RULES

1.      An approved full face racing helmet is required for all drivers.

2.      Fire resistant driving uniforms are required.

3.      Fire resistant gloves, underwear and socks are strongly recommended.

4.      Racing seats and 5 point racing harness are required, and must securely fasten to the car frame. Belts and harness are recommended to be no more than 5 years old. Belts cannot be frayed or worn.

5.      Head and neck restraints are highly recommended.

6.      All cars must have a window net on the drivers side.

7.      Must have a minimum of 3 -¼” bars in front of driver with a complete front window screen or half screen optional.

8.      All cars must have an approved fire extinguisher in working condition securely mounted within reach of the driver.

9.      Racing fuel cell mandatory must be in completely enclosed steel container. No aluminum allowed. You may cut out trunk floor pan for fuel cell to fit. (Not to include rear frame rails.)

10.  No fuel lines inside driver or passenger compartment.

11.  Battery must be securely mounted in trunk area or passenger side floorboard, mounted in a plastic battery box for you safety.

12.  Must have drive shaft loop, drive shaft must be painted white.

13.  Absolutely must have tow hook.

14.  All cars must have a car number on both doors and the roof that are at least 18” for scoring purposes.

 ENDURO RULES

1. Completely stock car. $25 Registration Fee.

2.  All glass, trim and plastic must be removed

3.  If roll cage, 4 points or more.

4.  Seatbelts and shoulder belts required.

5.  Must have fire extinguisher located in easy accessible position.

6.  Doors must be chained, bolted or welded shut.

7.  Driver windshield protection must be bars or screen.

8.  No smaller than mis-sized cars are allowed.

9.  Nobody under 16 years of age. 16 years old must have parent permission.

10. No derby cars, must have straight body.

11.  No snow tire or mud tread. DOT 70 SERIES TIRES ONLY.

12.  Must have 18" number and be able to see plainly.

13.  No rub rails.

14.Fuel tanks must be in original position.

15.  Tire changing and radios OK

16.  No reinforced bumpers allowed.
